Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how you can manage your subscription, cancel your free trial, and request a refund, depending on where you made your purchase.

  1. General Subscription Principles
    Free Trial: You must cancel your free trial at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

Cancellation Effect: When you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. Access will cease only after that period expires. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made outside of the refund eligibility window outlined below.

Charge Display Name: Please note that charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as Bruce Lande or Bruce Lande Music.

  1. Refund Eligibility
    We believe in our service. If you are not satisfied, our refund policy is based on the purchase method:

A. Direct Website Purchases (Credit Card, PayPal)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you subscribed directly on our website, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for your initial subscription charge.

How to Request: You must contact our support team at sales@brucelande.com within 7 calendar days of your first payment date to request a full refund. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

B. Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) Purchases
Platform Rule: All subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms’ respective refund policies.

Action Required: We cannot process refunds for these purchases directly. You must contact Apple or Google customer support to request a refund.

  1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
    The cancellation process is determined by your purchase method:

3.1. Purchases via Apple App Store (iOS)
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your Name/Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Tap Subscriptions.

Find and select the subscription.

Tap Cancel Trial or Cancel Subscription.

3.2. Purchases via Google Play Store (Android)
Open the Google Play Store app.

Tap your Profile icon in the top right corner.

Select Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Find the subscription and tap Cancel subscription.

3.3. Purchases via Company Website (Credit Card)
Log into your account at https://brucelande.wordpress.com

Navigate to your Settings or Billing section.

Click the Manage Subscription or Cancel Subscription button.

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

  1. Data Retention Policy
    Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will automatically be downgraded to the free tier at the end of your paid billing cycle.

Data Storage: Your personal data and saved content will be retained for 90 days in case you choose to resubscribe. If you do not resubscribe within this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

Data Deletion: If you wish to have your data permanently deleted immediately upon cancellation, please contact our support team.
